A dynamic leader with a passion for expanding opportunities that promote economic prosperity and standards of living. Through collaborating with our partners she launched Cyber Proud in 2019 during Covid in response the seeing negative impacts on displaced workers. She possesses an impressive history of successfully launching, managing and solving complex issues. Primary focus of work is to develop career pathways leveraging resources among service providers, LEAs, CBOs industry associations and businesses.

John Dunn, Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer Assistant Secretary California Labor and Workforce Development Agency

Over the course of my career in Education and Workforce Development, I have acquired experience in instructional practices, coaching, mentoring and perhaps most importantly, identifying (and implementing) innovative and/or creative solutions to problems. The work I have done over the past ten years, focusing on Apprenticeship and Workforce Development, has required me to act both strategically and tactically.

Joel Maier, Board Member Campus Director, University of Phoenix-Sacramento Campus

I currently hold the position of Campus Director at the Sacramento Valley campus of the Univ. of Phoenix. I serve as the campus market leader and chief executive for the Sacramento metropolitan area. This role encompasses market strategy, community outreach, classroom experience, student success, management of financial resources, and the leadership of campus staff. The bottom line is ensuring the best academic experience possible for our students meeting the rigorous guidelines of the University while being focused on the social and economic development of our local community. Additional, I serve as a Board Member for the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce. I reside in the City of Roseville with my beautiful wife Jessica, son Erik, stepdaughter Jaelynn, and dog Max.

Michael Reese, CEO Found It Data

Mr. Reese, has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology serving in senior executive positions encompassing security, operations management, project management, process change and development, business development as well as service and product management functions.  A leading expert on IT – control and operations, Mr. Reese is a frequent speaker on topics including security breaches, big data analytics, audit and compliance, and IT forensics.   A Certified Cybersecurity Specialist, licensed as a Certified Computer Forensics Investigator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Hacking Forensics Investigator, Certified Cyber Intelligence Investigator, Certified Forensics HiTech Investigator, Certified Counterintelligence Threat Analyst, and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator.  Mr. Reese has assisted both the DOJ and FBI on several matters, worked with High Tech Crime Units in Portland and Sacramento.  Mr. Reese has given expert witness testimony in hearings, depositions and at trial.

Prior to Mr. Reese’s IT career, Mr. Reese spent 11 years in Law Enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff with San Diego County and Riverside County Sheriff Department.

George Usi is founder and CEO of Omnistruct Inc (www.omnistruct.com), a people-centered cyber security management company for the other 98% of businesses designed to build a reasonable blueprint in privacy, security, and risk for CEOs so they can affordably illustrate diligence in cybersecurity governance. Their Omnitrust.ai platform is based on new US guidelines developed by NIST and is used by many mid-market companies grappling with cascading cyber compliance to affiliates, members, and supply chains. The Omnitrust.ai platform measures, illustrates, and helps govern cybersecurity so leaders and technologists can operate knowing their users are doing the right thing when nobody is watching. George is also on the board of advisors for Secure The Village in Los Angeles and chairs the California IPv6 Task Force, a think take of scientists and internet pioneers that are advocating upgrades of the internet numbering system using a people centered movement. Previously he was a CEO of Sactech, a regional security solutions reseller to the State of California, a co-founder of reseller Fusionstorm, SE Manager of NTT America, a Japanese owned service provider, and has founded a number of other startups. George was recognized by his peers as an Internet Pioneer for the Metronet6 project and its mission of designing interoperable first responder networks that help emergency workers respond to disasters.
